Staying Organized in NLPatent

NLPatent offers several ways for individuals to stay organized as they create projects across Search, Monitor and Visualize.

Searching Historic Projects

  • Use the search bar to look up projects by title.
  • You can also search by keywords that appear in the project’s query, making it easier to locate older work.

Tags

  • Tags can be added to any project by clicking the + icon next to the project’s tag list.
  • Examples of tags include Demo , FTO , client names, or project names.
  • Tags make it easier to group related projects and quickly retrieve them later.

Tags can be used to filters out for specific projects, giving another mechanism to staying organized.

Best Practices

  • Label projects with appropriate titles for ease of retrieval
  • Assign tags for each client or project to keep your workspace organized.
  • Combine search and tag filters to find exactly what you need without scrolling through your entire project list.

By using search, tags, and filters, you can efficiently manage your NLPatent projects and keep related work grouped for quick access.
